Shipping & Receiving

The Tiny Tassel is looking for someone to join our team in a part-time shipping and receiving position, and be responsible for completing the following for about 20-25 hours per week:

 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage customer service emails and inquiries, professionally and consistently

  • Problem solve customer orders including but not limited to: shipping statuses, damaged products, etc. 

  • Communicate with mail couriers as needed to locate packages, schedule pick ups, order supplies. 

  • Communicate with vendors and vendor representatives (reps) on damages, shipments,and financial discrepancies

  • Pack and ship online orders efficiently, based on current seasons ship times

  • Maintain inventory in fulfillment office and retail store

  • Create and process inventory transfers between fulfillment center & retail shop

 

Who you are: 

  • Driven
  • Punctual
  • Someone with experience in Shopify or similar e-commerce system is a plus 

  • Someone with excellent written and oral communication

  • Someone with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment 

  • Someone who has efficient planning & organization skills with the ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks

  • Have the ability to stand and lift heavy packages is required
