What You'll Own:
Customer Experience Leadership
Own the customer journey from hello to goodbye—introducing yourself, reading the room, and creating moments that make people feel genuinely welcome
Make confident decisions at the point of sale: suggest products, adapt the experience, and know when to ask for backup
Build real relationships that turn first-time visitors into loyal community members
Proactive Problem Solving
Notice what needs fixing and fix it—whether that's a merchandising gap, a customer concern, or a process bottleneck
Bring fresh ideas to the table about how we display, sell, or serve better (and we want to hear them)
Anticipate busy shifts and rally the team before things get hectic
Inventory & Operations
Maintain our beautifully curated stock with intention—every piece matters
Own the daily setup and breakdown with pride in how our space represents the brand
Handle e-commerce support, customer service followups, and administrative tasks without being asked twice
Visual Merchandising
Create displays that stop people in their tracks—use color, texture, and storytelling to make our pieces shine
Understand why something works aesthetically and be able to articulate it
Treat our space like it's your own design studio & leave it better than you found it

The Reality of This Role:
~ 20 hours/week including Saturdays and holiday coverage
Work alongside our Operations and Retail teams in our Charleston boutique at 46 Spring Street
Be ready to make judgment calls, suggest improvements, and own your corner of the business
