Subscription orders are set when the original order is placed. Each box ships on the 15th of every month. Place your order prior to the 15th to receive that month’s box. Each customer will receive a recurring charge of $75 per month. To pause or cancel a Joy Box, email orders@thetinytassel.com 14 business days before the next billing cycle (the first of each month). You will be automatically charged each month and receive one box each month. If you do not confirm cancellation after your subscription duration ends, your subscription will automatically renew.
