The Tiny Tassel carefully prepares and packs each order from our workshop in Charleston, South Carolina. Orders ship Monday through Friday.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, orders are currently processed within 5-7 business days and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
If you have not received your order within 7 business days of shipment, please contact your local USPS. If the package still does not arrive please email email@example.com and we will help to resolve the issue as needed. If the original package is delivered at a later date & you have already received a replacement, please return the original shipment to the following address:

All handmade & seasonal styles are final sale, including garments, jewelry and pieces locally made featured in our Curated Collection. If there is an issue with your order at our fault, please follow the instructions below to submit an exchange request. If there are other unforeseen issues and an exchange for store credit is approved a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit issued. How to Complete Your Exchange
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery date. Items you are returning must be mailed back to us within 14 days of delivery date & must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
To return an item, follow the directions below:
Report of damaged orders MUST be received within 7 days of delivery date. Anything received later than that will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Processing a Return/Exchange
A store credit will be issued once we have received your returned item(s). Any items that are lost or damaged in transit when we receive them are not eligible for exchange/store credit. Returns/exchanges do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your store credit will be issued and emailed upon return approval.

We currently ship all domestic orders via USPS First-Class & USPS Priority mail. Orders are expected to arrive in 5-7 business days. If your order is time sensitive, please include a note at check out. We do not offer overnight shipping.
Please be advised that international orders have extended delivery times and may require additional tax/duty fees. We do not provide exchange labels for international returns.
Our international shipping currently includes: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Greece, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Portugal, and the United Kingdom.
Orders purchased for local pick will receive an email when your item is ready. Items can be picked up during store hours only. Monday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Orders must be picked up within 14 days of purchase. Please have your email receipt ready when picking up your order.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. These items do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Each handmade piece from The Tiny Tassel requires delicate handling.
All earrings are nickel free & hypoallergenic. Please let any lotions, cosmetics and perfumes dry prior to wearing your jewelry.
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low or hang to dry.
