The Tiny Tassel carefully prepares and packs each order from our workshop in Charleston, South Carolina. Orders ship Monday through Friday.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, orders are currently shipping within 7-14 business days. NOTE: You may experience minor shipping delays due to the pandemic.

All handmade tassel styles + garments are final sale.

Styles from our Curated Collection may be exchanged. Returned merchandise must include packaging and be in the original condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges will be made for another item or in the form of store credit. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and we reserve the right to reject any exchange that does not comply with the above conditions.

How to Complete Your Exchange

Returns are available for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY.  Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery date. Items you are returning must be mailed back to us within 14 days of delivery date & must be returned unopened/unused and in their original packaging. To return an item, follow the directions below:

  1. Fill out the box below with your name, email and request. 
  2. If the return is a result of error on our end, we will provide shipping label once customer service has responded to your inquiry. You will then be able to print a pre-paid USPS shipping label. Print the pre-paid shipping label, affix it to your package and take the package to a USPS drop-off location. Any other return labels will not be provided by The Tiny Tassel.
  3. Returning an item is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.

For items that have been damaged in transit please email orders@thetinytassel.com and include pictures of the damage, and pictures of the shipping box help as well. Once we receive your email, we'll determine next steps.  Emails for damages MUST be received within 7 days of delivery date.  Anything received later than that will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Processing a Return/Exchange

A store credit or exchange will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for exchange/store credit. Returns/exchanges do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your store credit will be issued and emailed upon return approval.

We currently ship all domestic orders via USPS First-Class or USPS Priority mail. Orders are expected to arrive in 7-14 business days. If your order is time sensitive, please include a note at check out. We do not offer overnight shipping.



Please be advised that international orders have extended delivery times and may require additional tax/duty fees. We do not provide exchange labels for international returns.


Each handmade piece from The Tiny Tassel requires delicate handling.


All earrings are nickel free. Please let any lotions, cosmetics and perfumes dry prior to putting on your jewelry.


Machine wash cold, tumble dry low or hang to dry.

The Tiny Tassel is not responsible for the maintenance or improper care of your jewelry, garments or accessories.


The Tiny Tassel Gift Cards are Subject to The Following Terms and Conditions:

  • Gift cards can be ordered in a fixed dollar amount.
  • Gift cards are delivered via email.
  • Gift cards cannot be purchased using another gift card.
  • No sales tax is charged when purchasing a gift card.
  • Gift cards expire 1-year from purchase date.
  • We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards.
