Shipping & Exchange Policy

ORDERS

The Tiny Tassel carefully prepares and packs each order from our Creative Office located in Downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Orders ship Monday through Friday. 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, orders are currently processed & shipped within 2-3 business days and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. 

If you have not received your order within 14 business days of shipment, please contact your local USPS. If the package still does not arrive please email orders@thetinytassel.com and we will help to resolve the issue as needed.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept exchanges for orders placed online and in-store within 30 days of the original purchase, this applies to local pick ups too. All exchanges are applicable for store credit or exchanges. Get started here!

GIFT EXCHANGE POLICY

When checking out, be sure to select the box indicating that your order is a gift, this will create a gift order. We accept exchanges for gift orders placed online and in-store within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns will be issued through the form of store credit or an exchange. Clickhere to login to your account and request a return.

DAMAGES & REPAIRS

We stand by the quality of our products and understand that sometimes things break. We are happy to review any reports of damaged items within 6 months of your original purchase date. We will try our best to replace or repair the item(s). Please email orders@thetinytassel.com & include your order number, product name, and request.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently ship all domestic orders via USPS First-Class & USPS Priority mail. Orders are expected to arrive in 3-5 business days. If your order is time sensitive, please include a note at check out. We do not offer overnight shipping.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please be advised that international orders have extended delivery times and may require additional tax/duty fees. We do not provide exchange labels for international returns.

Our international shipping currently includes: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Greece, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Portugal, and the United Kingdom. 

LOCAL PICK-UP

Orders purchased for local pick will receive an email when your item is ready. Items can be picked up during store hours only. Monday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please show your emailed order confirmation when picking up your order. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All sale, seasonal, and Earring Club purchases are final sale. These items do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless defective. If defective, please submit an exchange request. Price adjustments are not offered on Tiny Tassel products.

PRODUCT CARE

Each handmade piece from The Tiny Tassel requires delicate handling.

Jewelry

All earrings are nickel free & hypoallergenic. Please let any lotions, cosmetics and perfumes dry prior to wearing your jewelry.

Garments

Machine wash cold, tumble dry low or hang to dry.

The Tiny Tassel is not responsible for the maintenance or improper care of your jewelry, garments or accessories.

GIFT CARDS

The Tiny Tassel Gift Cards are Subject to The Following Terms and Conditions:

  • Gift cards can be ordered in a fixed dollar amount.
  • Gift cards are delivered via email.
  • Gift cards cannot be purchased using another gift card.
  • No sales tax is charged when purchasing a gift card.
  • Gift cards expire 5 years from purchase date.
  • We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards.
