March Madness

March was a full and exciting month for us here at The Tiny Tassel! We love connecting with others in our community and spreading. We celebrated our flagship store's 2nd birthday and attended two event pop-ups featuring other women owned Charleston brands! And in other news, College of Charleston mens basketball won the CAA tournament and advanced on to the first round of March Madness! We have a few alum on our team here at TTT & we are so proud of our cougars! Scroll to see all of the fun we had!

Flagship birthday

In the blink of an eye, our flagship store turned 2! We are so grateful for the overwhelming support from our customers and our community! We couldn’t do it without y’all! Our mission is to spread joy through our colorful designs, and we’re so happy y’all love our products just as much as we do! We celebrated our 2nd anniversary on Saturday, March 18th at our brick-and-mortar store with sweet treats and a gift with purchase! Our cookies from This Must Be the Cookie were absolutely adorable and a fan favorite for sure! I think we’re still in a sugar coma!

Our fabulously pink balloon garland was from our good friends at Kay + co. What’s a birthday without balloons?! The pink was the perfect way to celebrate! 

It was a day full of fun! Thank you to everyone who came out and shopped with us! Y’all are the reason we love what we do! 

Rally Event

We were fortunate to attend the Rally event at Bright City Church on Saturday, March 4th. The team at Go + Tell Gals are good friends of ours within the community and we love supporting them in their endeavors! The Tiny Tassel participated as a vendor and we had two of our team members there to spread joy to others and assist with the important fashion choices (someone has to do it!). It was a wonderful day full of workshops, discussion, friends, food and shopping of course! We had a wonderful time meeting so many new people and seeing familiar faces! Thank you to the team at Go + Tell Gals and Bright City Church for having us!

Women Crush Wednesday at Sharehouse

Skylar & Mimi from our team celebrated International Women’s Day at the Women Crush Wednesday event at Sharehouse on March 8th. What better way to celebrate the monumental day than to learn from other inspiring local female entrepreneurs? Our founder, Mimi was invited to speak on the panel and provided insight into running a successful business and navigating a healthy work/life balance. Mimi has such grace, class, and a touch of spunk in everything she does, which is why so many women look to her for advice and guidance. The Tiny Tassel participated as a vendor as well. It is always so fun sharing our brand and story with others! Our Support Women Owned Business Pouch in Green was a fan favorite of the night, along with our #EHxTTT Orange Blossom Earring, which matched the theme of orange crush drinks perfectly! Thank you to the entire team at Sharehouse and Uptown Hospitality Group for putting on such a wonderful event and inviting us to be a part!
