Our Chelsea Dress is for those that love color! The vibrant Chelsea dress was designed in Charleston, SC by Mimi's mom, Keiko. This beautiful print features colorful birds, flowers, hearts and more! This adorable dress features a simple short sleeve adorned with a single bow on each shoulder, pockets (always!), subtle pleats, and an elastic waistband on the back that creates a comfortable silhouette. Dress length: 35". 100% cotton, machine wash: cold, tumble: low.
